ROOSEVELT BRADLEY

Mr. Roosevelt Bradley has over thirty years of diversified experience in the areas of Transportation Planning and Development, Production Planning Management, Real Estate Market, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning and Execution. He is a visionary, results-oriented executive, lobbyist, and consultant. Mr. Bradley has extensive senior executive level experience in community affairs at a local, state, national and international level.
In addition, he has experience in transportation optimization and expansion, market rate commercial and private real estate development, automation and business process improvement, public-private partnerships in all aspects of planning, consultation, construction, implementation and operations management.
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures as President and CEO of Maven Strategies and United Brake Clutch Service, he served as Senior Vice President with The Allen Group where he provided national consulting services for public and private sector clients in real estate and transit-oriented development.
Bradley joined Miami-Dade Transit (MDT) in 1985 as a Rail Traffic Controller and in 1989, was placed in charge of the Rail Traffic Control section.  In January 1996, he was appointed Assistant Director and placed in charge of the Bus Operations and Maintenance divisions.  In March 1999, he was appointed Assistant Director for Transit Services, responsible for managing over 2,200 employees, approximately 75% of the workforce.  In November 2002, he was promoted to MDT Director.
Under his leadership as Director, Miami Dade Transit (MDT), he developed a strategic vision that led the agency to an unprecedented expansion, resulting in exponential growth and improved service in a relatively short period of time. Mr. Bradley is firmly focused on aligning the needs with regional business and customer services through collaborative public, professional and business organization initiatives.
While at MDT, Mr. Bradley joined COMTO in 1986 and served as the Chapter President from 1995 – 1998. Under his leadership, the Chapter experienced its greatest growth and was recognized as the 1996 Chapter of the Year. He was elected and served as President for another term from 2002 – 2004. Mr. Bradley was elected to the COMTO National Board of Directors as the Secretary/Treasurer and as the Board Chair in 2011. He served on the COMTO National Board until 2018.
As President and CEO, Mr. Bradley is a trusted expert who seeks to pass knowledge on to others. He assists clients in the procurement process with local, state, federal and international governments. Mr. Bradley provides strategic guidance to assist clients with their business development pursuits and effectively manages a diverse dynamic work environment impacted by perpetual political, economic, social and operational issues.
