RICK CROOKS, SPECIAL ADVISOR

Rick Crooks, P.E. – President, EAC Consulting, Inc.

Mr. Crooks began his engineering career in 1985 as a highway engineer. He has been the project manager and engineer of record for numerous highway and bridge projects, as well PD&E projects. He has extensive program management experience and served as the program director for the General Engineering Consultant Contract for the Greater Miami Expressway Agency. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. Mr. Crooks is actively involved in industry associations and has a strong commitment to advancing the profession through community service.

In 1994, Mr. Crooks founded EAC Consulting, Inc. (EAC), a Miami-Dade County based engineering firm with locations in Broward, Palm Beach and Orange Counties. The firm provides innovative engineering solutions in the areas of Tollways and Highways,Bridges, Program Management, Construction Management, Mass Transit, and Civil/Site development. EAC is a recognized and respected engineering firm and has received numerous industry awards.
