Some students can’t afford food let alone school supplies. Due to the Pandemic, the need is even greater this year. Every year in August, the chapter collects school supplies and donations from its members and others willing to participate, to ensure that children at area schools have the essential school supplies they need to succeed. Join us again this year in providing the needed supplies. Drop any donations off at the DTPW Rosa Parks Transportation Building, 3300 NW 32nd Avenue, Miami. FL 33142. Supplies will be collected from August 2nd thru August 20th. The book bags and supplies will be distributed on August 21st from 10 AM – 12:00 PM noon at 5120 NW 24th Avenue.
