COMTO Quarterly General Membership Meeting

Central Administration Building, located at 3300 NW 32nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33142 in the 3rd floor on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 6:00 pm

All members are invited to join us on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 6:00 pm for our Quarterly General Membership Meeting. The meeting will be held in the Central Administration Building, located at 3300 NW 32nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33142 in the 3rd floor conference room.
Come and welcome our new members, get additional information on the election and participate in the nomination of officers process. All members in good standing will be able to nominate individuals to serve as officers for the 2024 – 2026 term. Get involved in ensuring COMTO Miami remains the number one Chapter in the Nation!

COMTO Miami March Membership Madness Drive Every Friday in March

Dear COMTO Members,
Join us in celebrating the spirit of COMTO by participating in our March Membership Madness Drive! Throughout the month of March, we invite all COMTO members to wear their COMTO shirts and pins every Friday or showcase the COMTO colors (Red, black, gray, and white) to demonstrate your COMTO spirit!
How to Participate:
Promote COMTO All Month Long:
  • Wear your COMTO shirt and pins every Friday in March.
  • Display COMTO flyers at your workstation
  • If you don't have a COMTO shirt, you can purchase one and other COMTO gear from the national website at [www.comtonational.org](http://www.comtonational.org).
  • Show your COMTO colors (Red, black, gray, and white) every Friday.
Share Your COMTO Spirit:
  • Photobomb a COMTO Info Table and share your photo on social media using #COMTOMiamidoinggreatthings.
  • Write a Blog about your COMTO experience
  • Encourage others to join COMTO Miami
Membership Drive Incentives:
  • Members bringing in two or more new members will be acknowledged and win a prize.
  • New members should send an email to [email protected] mentioning the referring member.

COMTO Miami Chapter's Membership Drive

"March Membership Madness" starts March 1 - 31, 2024

The Membership Drive is focused on promoting the benefits of COMTO Membership for all categories of memberships:
 
  • Individual
  • Student
  • Academic Institutions
  • Non-profit Organization
  • Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs)
  • Private Sector
  • Transportation Agencies
COMTO information tables will be set up at over 12 locations and members are asked to display their COMTO spirit at their workstations for the entire month. Various events will be held throughout the month to encourage membership.
 
There will be a Prize for the Member who brings in the most members (over 2) during the month. Make sure the new member sends an email to [email protected] letting us know that you encouraged them to join. 
 
Each member has been given a COMTO Ambassador Individual Toolkit which includes:
  • COMTO Flyers (attached) for your display
  • "Ask Me About COMTO" Tent Card (attached)
  • Wear Your COMTO pin & shirts
  • Wear combination of Black, Red, Gray & White on Fridays
