COMTO Quarterly General Membership Meeting
All members are invited to join us on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 6:00 pm for our Quarterly General Membership Meeting. The meeting will be held in the Central Administration Building, located at 3300 NW 32nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33142 in the 3rd floor conference room.Come and welcome our new members, get additional information on the election and participate in the nomination of officers process. COMTO Membership Drive Schedule
We invite you to join us in hosting a membership information table at the Miami-Dade Aviation Department’s Employee Appreciation Event on March 27, 2024, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The event will take place at Miami International Airport, North Terminal, Concourse D, Fourth Floor, Auditorium.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase COMTO and engage with potential new members. The event will also feature other merchants such as Dade County Federal Credit Union, Tropical Federal Credit Union, Beyond Med, Bencor, Aflac, Gelato, Smart Shopper/Sword/Bloom from AvMed, Human Vision, Employee Assistance Program, Delta Dental, Nationwide, and MissionSquare (formerly ICMA).
In addition to the membership information table, the event will include a wellness workshop and a cooking demonstration. It promises to be a fun and engaging experience for all involved.

COMTO Miami Chapter’s Membership Drive
COMTO Miami Chapter’s Membership Drive “March Membership Madness” starts March 1 – 31, 2024. The Membership Drive is focused on promoting the benefits of COMTO Membership for all categories of memberships:- Individual
- Student
- Academic Institutions
- Non-profit Organization
- Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs)
- Private Sector
- Transportation Agencies
COMTO information tables will be set up at over 12 locations and members are asked to display their COMTO spirit at their workstations for the entire month. Various events will be held throughout the month to encourage membership.There will be a Prize for the Member who brings in the most members (over 2) during the month. Make sure the new member sends an email to comtomiamimembershp@gmail.com letting us know that you encouraged them to join.
Each member has been given a COMTO Ambassador Individual Toolkit which includes:- COMTO Flyers (attached) for your display
- “Ask Me About COMTO” Tent Card (attached)
- Wear Your COMTO pin & shirts
