Kevin Brown is a Vice President at HNTB Corporation, bringing over 25 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering. He currently serves as the General Engineering Consulting Program Director for the Greater Miami Expressway Agency, where he oversees the development and implementation of critical infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, Kevin has managed a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including transportation facilities, rail systems, environmental mitigation and restoration strategies, technology solutions, and land development. His extensive expertise ensures the successful delivery of projects that enhance mobility and sustainability in the communities he serves.

Kevin earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from the University of Miami. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Kevin actively contributes to the University of Miami College of Engineering Advisory Board and co-chairs the Mentor-Protégé subcommittee of the Business Development Committee for COMTO Miami, where he fosters mentorship and professional development within the transportation industry.
